1.1- Enter the name of the location you want to pick up from; for example, Airport, Port, Hotel name, or physical address.

1.2- After specifying where you want to go, you need to select the direction. You will be asked to choose between One-Way or Round-Trip. Then, select the number of passengers (make sure to include the number of infants and children). Next, choose the transfer type and specify the date and time you want to use the transfer. (If you are arriving by air, enter your domestic or international flight time. The system will automatically notify you of the transfer time.) After entering this information, click the "Search" button, and the system will show you transfer vehicle options and prices based on your criteria.

1.3- Click the 'Select' button next to the vehicle type you want and then click the "Continue" button at the bottom right.

1.4- The Departure Information section will appear. You can review your previous selections in the first two lines. (If you are going to or from the airport, the third line will ask for your Flight Number. The date and arrival time you selected on the previous screen will be displayed next to it. Please fill in this information accurately from your ticket.) If you are not flying and want to go from point to point, you can proceed.

1.5- When you reach the "Passenger" section, first select your Gender. Then, fill in your Name, Surname, Date of Birth (day-month-year), HES Code, and Turkish ID Number completely. If you are a foreign passenger, click the "Passport" option and fill in your passport details.

1.6- In the "Contact" section, the GSM number and email address of the reservation owner (the person or persons using the transfer) must be filled in completely. If you are making a reservation for your company and want an invoice, click the "I Want an Invoice" button. On the screen that opens, you will see options for "Individual or Corporate." If you want an invoice for your company, fill in the required information and proceed.

1.7- Under the "Services" section, indicate if you need any additional services such as Meet & Greet, Non-Alcoholic Beverages in the Vehicle, Baby or Child Seat, Extra Luggage, or Bicycle/Surfboard/Golf Bag, etc. Select the options that apply to you and proceed based on the destination and vehicle type.

1.8- In the "Price" section, the total cost of all the services you have selected will be displayed. This way, you can review all the services you have chosen on this screen.

1.9- In the "Payment" section, you can choose between Credit Card and Wire Transfer options. Select the payment method you prefer and proceed.

1.10- In the final step, confirm the "I have read and accept the agreement." option to complete your reservation. When you click "I have read and accept the agreement," you can read and print the agreement you are accepting.

1.11- The reservation confirmation screen will appear. If successful, you will receive a confirmation message with your document number stating "Your reservation has been successfully created." At the bottom right, you will see the "Print Ticket" and "Download PDF" options. If you click "Print Ticket," your travel document will be ready for printing. Click "Print" on the screen that appears to print your travel document. If you select "Download PDF," your travel document will be automatically downloaded to your computer.

1.12- All special requests must be confirmed by our local transfer company partner before being approved by TransferPax.

1.13- If you have an existing customer account on TransferPax, you can log in using the 'Log In' option and continue your reservation. If you do not have an existing customer account on TransferPax, you can proceed as a guest by selecting the 'Continue as Guest' option.

1.14- Your email and phone number must be absolutely correct. To ensure we can fully provide our service, the pickup date and time must be communicated to you, so the mobile phone number must be provided in a way that reaches the person making the reservation.

1.15- You can easily make an online reservation in 3 steps from the payment page on our website www.transferpax.com, or you can make a reservation through our authorized agencies across Turkey or through our TransferPax WhatsApp support line.

You can make a one-way transfer reservation to your destination. For example, you can complete your reservation from the airport to the hotel or from the hotel to the airport. (You can refer to the "How to Make a Reservation" link for details on how to create a reservation.)

The minimum reservation time depends on the vehicle class. If you want to make a reservation for a premium class or minibus (10, 13, 16, 19 passengers), you must make the reservation at least 24 hours before the trip. For standard vehicle types (Sedan (max. 4 passengers), Minivan (max. 6 passengers), Minibus (max 17 passengers), Midibus (Max 27 passengers), and Bus (Max 54 passengers), you must make the reservation at least 16 hours before the transfer start time. If there are less than 12 hours left until your transfer, you can contact our call center to make a "last-minute" reservation on an availability basis.

After making your reservation online or through our customer representative, your reservation form and a confirmation message will be sent to your email and mobile phone within 5 minutes. You can also check your reservation status with your voucher number from the "Reservation Inquiry" section on our website.

If your flight time changes, you can change your transfer start time up to 24 hours before the transfer. If your return or arrival flight changes during your trip, please contact us through the support line on https://www.transferpax.com/contact or through our WhatsApp support line.

One day before your arrival, you will receive an SMS or email with your transfer details and the meeting point at the airport. In case of any delay or if you cannot find us, the emergency contact numbers will also be included in the SMS and email sent to you.

Yes. Our partners hold A1 and D2 certificates issued by the Ministry of Transport. All vehicles have mandatory accident and seat insurance. No organization without these certificates can provide commercial passenger transport services.

Yes. You can bring one suitcase and one carry-on bag for each child reported on your reservation form. Additionally, each child has a reserved seat in the vehicle.

If you are traveling with a baby, you must indicate your request for a child/baby seat in the notes section of your reservation form. Child/baby seat prices may vary depending on the region of your transfer and will be displayed as an extra service during the purchase process. In most countries, child/baby seats are mandatory. The safety of child transportation is regulated by law, and there are penalties for not using a child/baby seat. If you do not reserve a child/baby seat, the driver has the right to refuse the transfer. (Baby or child seat is offered as an additional service on our website during the reservation process.)

If you have purchased our private transfer service, you will be dropped off at the door of your hotel or another address. If you have purchased an economical transfer (shuttle service), you will also be dropped off at the door of your hotel, but if your destination is an address, you will be dropped off at the nearest point to that address. If access to your destination is restricted due to pedestrian paths, local road closures, or any other issue, you will be dropped off at the nearest point to your destination, regardless of the service you have purchased.

When you purchase our private transfer service, the vehicle is exclusively reserved for you, and your vehicle will depart without any waiting at the airport or point. In the economical transfer (shuttle service), you will share the vehicle with other guests traveling in the same direction, and your vehicle will depart for your destination after waiting for a maximum of 45-60 minutes for other guests at the airport. Since you will be sharing the vehicle with other guests, your travel time may be 30-90 minutes longer than the normal duration, depending on the region of your transfer.

When purchasing a transfer from TransferPax.com or our authorized agencies, if you are purchasing a return transfer to the airport, the system will automatically calculate how many hours before your flight you need to be at the transfer point and show you the vehicle options.

You can cancel, change, or request a refund for your transfer reservation up to 24 hours before the transfer time without any penalty. During the reservation process, a confirmation will be sent to your email or mobile phone. The cancellation-refund-change rules of the transfer company providing your transfer will apply, and the necessary procedures will be carried out.

Children aged 0-2 are free (a baby seat is mandatory and must be purchased as an extra service), and children aged 3-11 are considered adults.

Unless otherwise stated during the reservation, each passenger named on the reservation is entitled to bring up to two pieces of luggage, i.e., one suitcase not exceeding 60 cm in height x 43 cm in width x 26 cm in depth, and one piece of carry-on luggage not exceeding 40 cm in height x 20 cm in width x 25 cm in depth. Any luggage exceeding these amounts and/or dimensions will be subject to available storage space and may be refused.

Yes, each adult guest can bring one golf bag, scuba diving equipment, or ski/snowboard equipment. If the number of extra luggage changes the vehicle type, there may be a price difference. This will be asked during the purchase process and priced as an extra service. For shared transfer services, you need to make separate one-way reservations for each leg of your trip to accommodate different passenger numbers. For private transfers, since the price is vehicle-based, you only need to select the maximum number of passengers traveling on any leg of the trip. Please note that if the number of passengers changes or passenger details change, you must notify our call center through TransferPax.com to get approval. There will be no change in price.

The full payment is taken during the reservation process. We accept PayPal, VISA Debit/Credit, MasterCard, and Maestro. If you want to pay in cash, you can make the purchase through wire transfer/EFT or through our authorized agencies in Turkey.

If your credit card is declined, you will need to contact your bank. If you cannot remember your 3D secure password, click the "Try Again" button and request a new password. If your password does not arrive after the second attempt, please contact your bank. TransferPax cannot assist you with your 3D secure password. Select a time 2 hours before your arrival time at the airport. If you only need to be picked up from or dropped off at the airport, enter "0000" in the flight number field during the reservation process and complete the reservation with a note stating your requirement.

If you want to go to a different address than your drop-off address, you need to make two separate one-way reservations.

Sports equipment such as ski bags, golf bags, surfboards, and bicycles are classified as extra luggage and may be subject to a fee. If you are making a reservation for a transfer from the airport to the city, the price already includes a 15-minute wait after the planned arrival time. If your flight is delayed by less than 15 minutes, the driver or transfer company staff will follow up and wait at the airport until the arrival time. If there is a longer delay, please call one of the phone numbers sent to your email to inform TransferPax or our authorized agency as soon as possible. Please note that the transfer company may request an additional payment for waiting times exceeding 15 minutes. If you make a hotel transfer reservation, the price includes a 15-minute waiting time from the specified time.

All prices displayed on the website are categorized based on your selection. The Total Passenger Price, Kilometer Price, and Vehicle Price are displayed separately. Important note: Each class has a maximum vehicle capacity. If you select an Economical Transfer (Shuttle), the system will calculate the price per person multiplied by the number of passengers and display the Total Passenger Price.

TransferPax transfer prices are not dependent on weekends or time of day. With TransferPax, you can now request a transfer from anywhere to anywhere at the price displayed on the website for any day. The only limitation is the minimum reservation time rules. If your reservation is canceled more than 24 hours before your transfer, the prepayment will be refunded within a maximum of 60 business days. This period is determined by the relevant bank. If there is no refund within 60 business days, check your account balance history. If there is no notification about the refund, please contact us at [email protected] or through our WhatsApp support line.

On our website, you can find information about the number of passengers and luggage capacity provided for each car class. Each class is displayed with the car models belonging to that class. If you are unsure which car class is suitable for you, you can contact our Call Center through our WhatsApp support line for assistance.

We guarantee that you will be provided with a vehicle in the selected class or a higher comfort and capacity vehicle. You must get approval before making a reservation if you want to travel with a pet. The transportation of animals is regulated by law. Any animal must be transported in a portable animal carrier and must have medical certificates and other documents according to Turkish and TRNC legislation. Important note: In case of a legal violation, your driver has the right to refuse to provide the transfer. The company-carrier may claim compensation for any damage to the vehicle during the trip.

The driver will meet you with a sign or board displaying your name and surname as specified during the reservation. If the meeting point is an airport, the driver will meet you at the arrivals exit or a special meeting point. The meeting point will be specified in the voucher sent to you after completing your reservation. If the meeting point is a hotel, the driver will wait for you in the hotel lobby. Meeting instructions are provided in the document confirming your reservation.

One day before the transfer, we will send the driver's or greeter's phone number to your email or mobile phone via SMS. Important note: To call the driver, you must use the phone number sent to you via message, as the sender's number is not a communication channel. Important note: If your flight is delayed by more than half an hour or rescheduled to another time, or if baggage collection at the airport takes longer than planned, please call or send a short message to the driver or greeter. If you cannot reach the driver or greeter, you can contact our Call Center through our WhatsApp support line for assistance.

The transfer company will make an effort to select a driver who speaks the customer's language or at least English. However, we cannot guarantee that the driver will speak a specific language other than Turkish. The driver will have basic information about the route and will help you avoid communication problems and language barriers.

If you cannot find the driver, check your reservation confirmation document again. The driver may not have noticed you when you exited. Wait for 15 minutes and try to contact the driver. If the driver does not contact you within 30 minutes of the scheduled time, take a taxi from the airport to the city, from the hotel to the airport, or another route and send us the invoice. (The rules specified in the voucher will apply.) Important note: If the driver or greeter does not meet you within 30 minutes of the transfer time, the full amount you paid for the transfer will be refunded to you in the same way you made the payment. (This clause will apply as per the rules specified in the voucher.)

However, if you experience delays due to reasons beyond your control (waiting for baggage, customs delays, etc.), you must contact the driver or greeter using the phone number sent to you via SMS and email and explain the situation. In this case, the maximum free waiting time is 30 minutes. Please note that the transfer company may request an additional payment for waiting times exceeding the allowed option.
